Join us at the 25th Annual Legislative Indoor BBQ. Hard to believe it’s been 25 years!

At the Legislative BBQ you’ll have the unique opportunity to engage directly with your Jefferson County Commissioners, US Congressional, and State House, and other local officials and candidates. This event promises to be an enriching experience as we prepare for the upcoming November 2025 elections.

Co-hosted by DDRC, Family Tree, Jefferson Center, Seniors Resource Center, and The Action Center on September 4th, 4:30-7:00 p.m., our Legislative Indoor BBQ will be held at the APEX Community Recreation Center in Arvada. Register today to join us in a relaxed environment for meaningful conversations and insights into the policies and priorities that impact our community.

Whether you’re a seasoned advocate or new to civic engagement, this event is an excellent chance to voice your concerns and hear directly from those shaping our legislative landscape in Jefferson County…and have some BBQ!
