Join Ohio State University Extension and plant friends for this annual event on March 6, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Hollenbeck Bayley Creative Arts and Conference Center in Springfield, OH. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. A wide variety of topics focused on perennial gardens will be presented this year. Our speakers are Dr. David Shetlar, a Professor Emeritus of Urban Landscape Entomology at The Ohio State University where he uses the professional nickname of The BugDoc, Insect and Mite Pests of Ohio Perennial Plants; Dr. Laura Deeter, Professor of Practice – Horticulture and Crop Science, Design By Plan and Accident and Shady Characters.; Sabrina Schirtzinger, Extension Educator, Agriculture and Natural Resources, The Ohio State University, Garden to Vase. And Native Trees and Their Pollinator Benefits for the Perennial Gardens.
The cost for the day is $70.00 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and handouts.
