Info: At 8:46 a.m., participants will gather together for the first moment of silence (8:46 a.m. EST marks the time when the first plane hit the north tower). Then a brief speech about the event and the cleanup route will be provided. We will observe a second moment of silence at 9:02 a.m. (9:02 a.m. EST is when the second plane hit the south tower). Local artist and JCPOS employee Collin Scott will perform "Amazing Grace," after which the cleanup will begin.
