Event Details
Join the JSU STEM Foundation for an elegant evening celebrating 25 years of engineering excellence at Jackson State University.
The gala will bring together engineering alumni, students, faculty, corporate partners, families, and friends to recognize the professors and leaders who helped build the program, celebrate the accomplishments of JSU engineers, and financially support the next generation of innovators.
Guests will enjoy an evening of music, fellowship, faculty recognition, dinner and refreshments, and the Blueprints for Brilliance Silent Auction benefiting future JSU engineers.
Attire
Guests are encouraged to dress elegant black-tie or formal attire.

- General Admission — $100

VIP benefits and final seating details will be announced before the event.
Silent Auction
Guests may bid on exclusive products, services, travel experiences, artwork, gift packages, and other items through the Blueprints for Brilliance Silent Auction.
Businesses, alumni, and community partners are also invited to donate an auction item. Proceeds will help support scholarships and student-focused programs through the JSU STEM Foundation.
Parking and Arrival
Parking instructions, entrance details, and check-in procedures will be shared with registered guests before the gala. Guests should arrive early to allow time for parking, registration, seating, and silent-auction previewing.
Seating
Advance reservations are strongly encouraged. Tables may be reserved for alumni groups, families, businesses, organizations, and corporate partners.
Tickets and tables are subject to availability. Seating assignments may be determined by ticket type, sponsorship level, and date of purchase.
Student Sponsorship
Guests who cannot attend may still participate by sponsoring a current student’s gala ticket for $100.
A sponsored seat gives a student the opportunity to attend the celebration, meet alumni and industry professionals, and experience the legacy they are helping continue.
Important Policies
- Tickets are required for admission.
- Guests should present their electronic or printed confirmation at check-in.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
- Guests are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct.
- Photography and video recording may occur during the event.
- By attending, guests may appear in event photographs or promotional footage.
- Tickets, tables, and sponsorships are generally nonrefundable but may be transferred with advance notice.
- Event times, program details, featured participants, and venue arrangements are subject to change.
