🥗 **Wholesome meals free from junk food** nourish their body while conversations about mindful eating fuel their minds. 

🧘‍♂️ **Mental wellness takes center stage** in the afternoons with transformative sessions like **sound healing and a rhythmic drum circle** helping them connect with themselves and others on a deeper level.
