Each vendor is required to have a current State of Florida Special Event Permit.
Food truck vendors must have their food trucks approved by Logistics Coordinator Ronald Moore and the Winter Park Fire Marshall (Before January 6th, 2026)
Food vendors have to provide their Florida State License
Merchandise vendors (cosmetic and product safety compliance) Ingredient information
