Dress like a pirate, rock out with Rockin’ Ron the Friendly Pirate, and (of course!) watch Captain Kidd & his mutinous crew invade Milford Harbor!
Watch Captain Kidd & his scurvy crew arriving in Milford Harbor at noonish!
Then we head to the Milford Green to search for pirate booty on a kids’ treasure hunt through town and enjoy arts & crafts, unique vendors, and live music throughout the day!
Don’t forget to dress like a pirate if you are so inclined!
Here’s what’s on tap!
At Noon:
Captain Kidd comes into town on the OZ and takes over Milford! This event is attended by hundreds of “pirates” and is not to be missed!
Put on your best pirate garb and pick up your Pirate's Day Map at Lisman Landing until 1pm at the DMBA Table.
Or grab one at the DMBA table on the Green anytime from 10:00 to 3:00 pm.
Throughout the afternoon, there will be vendors at Lisman's Landing and on the Green, story time with the Milford Public Library children's department at 10am , pirate-themed yoga at 11 am, face-painting and more!

8am, 9am & 10am Pancakes with Pirates, get your tickets !!
9am - 2pm Giggling Pig Art School
9:30 am - 11:30 am Rockin' Ron the Friendly Pirate
9:30 am - 2 pm Food Trucks
10 am - 12 pm Face Painting
11 am - 12 pm Music from the Sawtwells
12 - 1 pm Music from Fife & Drum Band
Noonish: Captain Kidd and his Pirate Crew arrive on The Elixir
The Milford Green:
Pick up your Treasure Map and purchase Pirate Booty at the DMBA Tent next to the Gazebo, while supplies last !!
10 am Pirate Story Time at the Gazebo
10 am - 3 pm Come visit and take a picture with the Real Life Mermaid near the Gazebo
10 am - 3 pm DJ Fred at the Gazebo
11 am Pirate Yoga with Just Be Yoga
11 am - 2 pm Pirate Treasure Map Hunt – search for pirate booty by way of a treasure map through the participating Downtown storefronts !!
11 am - 3 pm Face Painting & Kids Arts & Crafts on the green
12:30 - 2:30pm Rockin Ron the Friendly Pirate performs on the green
1 - 3 pm Silver Steel Drum Band, Middle Green
The Milford Historical Society:
10 am - 3 pm Tales of Pirate stories and lore with historical Pirate artifacts from Free Men of the Sea of Mystic
