24 HOURS OF HEROES At Wolfe Den CrossFit Dromana We’re incredibly proud to be hosting 24 Hours of Heroes for the second year running - this time at our second location, Dromana. This is a powerful fundraising event that unites communities across the country in honour of fallen service members and, this year, our first responders.
Over 24 hours, athletes will take on a series of Hero WODs, each one paying tribute to a brave individual who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. Teams of six rotate through the 24 Hero WODs across 24 hours, with different members stepping in each hour - and every workout carries deep meaning.

• Want to jump into a Hero WOD during the event to support our teams? We’d love that - we simply just ask that you make a donation.
• The full workout schedule will be available closer to the event date.
• Open to Wolfe Den athletes and the wider CrossFit community
