All student-athletes planning to participate in school sports for the upcoming school year are invited to attend our Athletics Clearance Physical Night. This event provides an affordable and convenient opportunity for students to complete the required sports physical exam needed for athletic eligibility.
✅ Licensed healthcare professionals will be on site to perform physical exams
✅ Physicals are valid for one full year
✅ A notary will be on site to complete all required notarized documents
✅ Bring completed physical forms and any necessary medical history
✅ Cost: $25/student-athlete
✅ Open to all incoming and returning athletes in grades 6-12
