Registration Fees

The registration fee entitles the registrant to:

• Registration, entrance to all technical sessions, food and beverages

Registration Discounts

• IEEE Member Discounts: To qualify for the IEEE member registration fee, registrant must be a member of IEEE or EDS prior to the conference and provide member number on the registration form. If you are not already an IEEE or IEEE/EDS member, we encourage you to apply online for membership into the IEEE/EDS.

• College Student Discounts: To qualify for the college student registration fee, registrant must be actively enrolled in a college or a graduate school, and use current school email address on the registration form.

• Sponsor Discounts: To qualify for the sponsor registration fee, registrant must be actively employed in an organization that is one of the sponsors of IEEE WMED 2025, and use current organization email address on the registration form.

Late Registration

• Late fee applies for all the categories to registrations made after March 18, 2025 11:30 PM MDT
• Online Registration Closing on March 27, 2025 11:30 PM MDT
