Ride and Run for the Rescue returns for its 21st year at Long Branch Park!
Register, donate, or volunteer to end hunger and homelessness in Central New York!
Choose from a variety of different races that accommodate all skill levels! Below is the schedule for the day:
📝7:00 AM: Registration Opens
🚴8:00 AM: 40-Mile Bike Ride Starts
🚴9:00 AM: 20-Mile Bike Ride Starts
🏃♂️9:30 AM: Certified 5K Run/Walk Starts
🚴10:00 AM: 10-Mile Bike Ride Starts
🚴10:30 AM: Family Fun Ride Starts
🚴9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Re-fueling Station & Family Fun Activities!
Every mile you bike, run, or walk and 100% of every dollar you raise helps support those who need it most in our local community! ❤️
👕Sign up by July 5th to be guaranteed a t-shirt!
