📚 First up: From 6-7:30pm, it’s a FAMILY-FRIENDLY bash for all ages! Perfect for the kiddos to bust a move and celebrate that sweet, sweet freedom (aka no more homework). 👏🖍️

🍻 Then: From 8:30-11:30pm, it’s 21+ only, and we’re turning the silent up and the volume DOWN. Time to unleash your inner dance-floor hero—shoes optional, but rhythm REQUIRED. 😎💥

TICKET TERMS – SILENT DISCO by BIG LITTLE SOUND

By purchasing a ticket to the Silent Disco, you are agreeing to the below terms and conditions.

HEADPHONE DAMAGE:

Each headphone has a number and will be checked back in against your ticket. Any unreturned headphones or damaged headphones will incur a $35 replacement charge.

SAFE DANCING:

Please be mindful of your personal safety and the safety of others both while you are using the headphones and while others around use are using headphones. The headphones decrease your ability and the ability of those around you to hear regular noises on the street or in your surrounding area. The headphones are also fitted with a volume switch so you can adjust the sound to an appropriate level for your safety and enjoyment. Big Little Sound staff, in it’s sole discretion, can ask anyone who is not dancing safely to leave the Silent Disco. No refund will be issued for anyone asked to leave.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY:

Photographs and/or video will be taken at silent discos.

By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to use them in printed and online publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.

WAIVER:

All attendees participating in a Silent Disco do so at their own risk and waive any liability claims against Big Little Sound and its related entities. When you rent the headphones, you are acknowledging and agreeing that there are certain risks inherent in dancing and risks associated with the locations of dancing. Those risks include the possibility of injury which could be severe, to yourself or to others, and the loss, damage or theft of your participants property while you are participating in a Silent Disco. You are expressly assuming all of those risks and releasing Big Little Sound and its related entities from any and all claims of liability.

SUPERVISION:

Children over the age of (Based on Venue) are allowed to participate in the Silent Disco experience. All children under 18 years must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times.

These headphones DO NOT work as normal headphones , they only connect to our silent disco equipment.
