21+ Dolly Parton Day Screening: Steel Magnolias

In honor of the legendary singer on Dolly Parton Day (9/25), the Don Harrington Discovery Center is hosting an adults-only screening of Steel Magnolias - one of Dolly's famous films. Sit back in DHDC's unique Space Theater and enjoy this 1989 comedy-drama about six small-town Southern women played by Dolly Parton, Sally Field, Shirley MacLaine, Daryl Hannah, Olympia Dukakis, and Julia Roberts. Enjoy a kids-free atmosphere and a 21+ themed drink - only available with the concession wristband bundle (with unlimited popcorn included for wristband-holders).
Doors open at 7:30 pm, movie starts at 8:00 pm.

ID's will be checked at the door for the 21+ screening.
While the screening will be in our Space Theater, it will not be a dome-style movie, as that would ruin the quality of the show. We have worked to make sure that the quality, size of the display, and sound will be sure to make you smile.
