Valentine’s Day is my 20th transplant anniversary. (And a few days after my 63rd birthday!)For our family, this is a very special occasion. I can’t think of anything better to do in memory of that special day than to be surrounded by family and friends we love so much.
It’s also a way to say thank you to everyone who supported us during that time. I’ll always be most grateful for your prayers for us. I feel I experienced a miracle and was blessed beyond measure. It’s been quite a journey.
I also want to honor my donor and his family. They are always in my heart.
I invite you to join us at Morley’s from 6:00-10:00 PM. They have a great dinner menu and an awesome bar, so you can grab a delicious meal and drinks as you please. There might be a signature drink that represents my transplant journey -our many months spent living in Miami.
There will be a dessert bar with special holiday treats.
