This year marks the 20th anniversary of the annual Turkey Fry, a New Braunfels Thanksgiving Eve tradition started by the Sisoian family to support the New Braunfels Food Bank. What began as a single fried turkey quickly grew into a community favorite rooted in food, fellowship and giving back.For years, Billy’s Ice proudly hosted this beloved event. Now, with its doors closed, The Villa is honored to carry the torch forward, preserving the legacy the Sisoian family built.
What started with one turkey now continues with forty, as The Villa ushers in a new chapter of this timeless holiday tradition. Bring canned and non-perishable food items and join us as we aim to raise $35,000 for the New Braunfels Food Bank. Let’s fry, give, eat, drink and celebrate - together.
