20th Annual Bearcat Pull for Special Olympics

Each year teams fielded by local law enforcement agencies, businesses, and community members tackle an extraordinary challenge to help the Sierra Vista Police Department raise money for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Arizona. Teams will compete in four categories by pulling the Sierra Vista Police Department’s 17,500-pound LENCO Bearcat as fast as they can!
For the 20th annual, SVPD will also have a peer-judged, family-friendly, and safety conscious costume contest as well, so come dressed to impress!
Registration fees are $175 or $200 depending on the team’s category. Teams are encouraged to raise funds to support the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Arizona. Register by October 2 to receive free T-shirts for team members. Team registration is also available on the morning of the event from 8 to 9 a.m. For more information or to get registered, email Community Service Officer Trish Harman at [email protected].
