Nathan Boji is the Associate Broker and Vice President of RE/MAX Classic and has spent more than 25 years helping buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate agents achieve their real estate goals. A second-generation Realtor and former President of the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, Nathan is passionate about business growth, marketing, leadership, and helping people succeed.
Over the last several years, he has become heavily involved in AI and emerging technologies, not because he believes technology will replace relationships, but because he believes it can help strengthen them. His focus is on showing agents how to use technology to eliminate busy work, improve communication, stay connected with clients, and create better experiences throughout the real estate process.
Nathan's belief is simple: the future belongs to the professionals who can combine technology with genuine human connection. The best agents won't be replaced by AI. They'll use it to become more present, more responsive, and more valuable to the people they serve.
