The 2027 U.S. Roasters Qualifier: South/Central is a qualifying event on the road to the U.S. Roasters Championship. Join us September 03–05 in Houston as we find out who will earn their place at the U.S. Roasters Championship.

The competition is a chance to discover new ideas and techniques, connect with members of the specialty coffee community, and support competitors as they take the next step in their championship journey.

Competitor Ticket Policy: All competitor ticket purchases are final. Competitor tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your registration, as refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will not be issued.
Competition Changes & Cancellation: The U.S. Coffee Championships & RoasTronix reserves the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, or cancel any competition, event, or related activity at its sole discretion.
