Kick off the Mardi Gras Season in style at the 5th Annual Louisiana King Cake Festival hosted by the Lafourche Education Foundation!
The Louisiana King Cake Festival returns to Thibodaux on Sunday, January 17th, 2027 with live music, kids’ activities, delicious food from a variety of local vendors, and of course all-you-can-eat king cake tastings! Sample king cakes from your favorite local bakeries and bakers, and vote for your favorite to be named the Best of the Louisiana King Cake Festival! General Admission and VIP tickets are available. (Note: VIP access offers exclusive perks for attendees.)
From traditional king cakes to creative new recipes, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! But this festival is more than just a sweet celebration—it’s a chance for the community to come together and give back. A portion of proceeds from every ticket sold helps fund grants, classroom resources, and literacy programs that leave lasting impacts on local students and teachers.
