Exciting changes are coming to the SAEMS EMS Conference in 2027!

What was previously the SAEMS Leadership Conference is expanding into a more comprehensive EMS experience. While leadership education remains a key focus, we are broadening the conference to include a wider range of topics and audiences.
The 2027 conference will feature two full educational tracks: A Leadership Track and a Provider Track!
We are not removing any leadership content; we are simply adding more. This expansion allows us to cover all aspects of EMS and provide valuable education for providers at every level.
Attendees can expect sessions on leadership, clinical care, mental health, operations, and much more, truly covering 360 degrees of EMS.
Join us January 21–22, 2027, at the Blair County Convention Center for this exciting next chapter of SAEMS education.
In conjunction with our EMS Conference, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, Bureau of EMS will host its in-person Responder Roundtable, bringing together EMS leaders, providers, and stakeholders from across the Commonwealth. This unique event will provide attendees with the opportunity to hear directly from Bureau of EMS leadership and staff.
The Roundtable will take place January 18-20, 2027, and will feature presentations from several Bureau of EMS departments covering current initiatives, regulatory updates, system improvements, and topics of interest to EMS agencies. Attendees will also have ample time for networking and open discussion, allowing agencies from across Pennsylvania to share challenges, successes, and innovative ideas. In addition to Bureau of EMS presentations, the event will include several guest speakers who will offer valuable insights and perspectives on issues impacting emergency medical services.
Vendors will be present throughout both events. Registration will include food and refreshments, a welcome dinner, and a social event. Additional event details, speaker announcements, and agenda information will be released soon. Stay tuned for more information.
