The 2027 Great Smoky Mountain Emergency Services Conference is intentionally structured to provide meaningful, high-quality engagement between vendors and EMS/Fire professionals.

While attendance is projected at approximately 200-300 participants, the conference draws a concentrated audience of EMS and Fire leadership, training officers, field providers, and purchasing influencers from across the Nashville to Bristol corridor.
