Welcome to the 2027 Emergency Medical Conference at Dollywood's HeartSong Lodge & Resort! Join us on January 8, 2027 - January 10th 2027.

Provided by Dollywood EMS and Sevier County Fire Rescue

Setup begins January 7th 8:00 am-6:30 pm and continues January 8th 8:00am.

Show apparatus' are allowed on property for outside viewing. Vehicles will not be allowed inside conference area.

The 2027 Great Smoky Mountain Emergency Services Conference is intentionally structured to provide meaningful, high-quality engagement between vendors and EMS/Fire professionals.

While attendance is projected at approximately 200-300 participants, the conference draws a concentrated audience of EMS and Fire leadership, training officers, field providers, and purchasing influencers from across the Nashville to Bristol corridor. This targeted regional focus ensures exhibitors connect directly with decision-makers rather than navigating a large but diluted national audience.

Unlike larger national trade shows where vendors compete with hundreds of exhibitors for limited attendee interaction, our conference is designed to provide:
