Celebrate the future of agriculture at the York County Agriculture Showcase! This exciting event highlights the talent, knowledge, and leadership of youth across York County, offering participants an opportunity to showcase their passion for agriculture through engaging activities, presentations, and performances.

Divisions and Participant Fees:

• Junior Little: $5 (grades 3-6)
• Junior: $5 (grades7-9)
• Senior: $5 (grades 10-12)

• 5:00 - 6:00 PM: Senior Interviews
• 6:00 - 6:30 PM: On-Stage Rehearsal
• 6:40 PM: Doors Open
• 7:00 PM: Showcase Starts

Event Highlights:

• Interviews: Participants will engage in one-on-one interviews with judges to discuss their agricultural involvement, leadership, service, and employability skills.
• “AgTalks”: Seniors will deliver 2-4 minute speeches on agriculture-related topics they are passionate about, combining personal stories, research, and calls to action.
• Participant Intros: Juniors will introduce themselves on stage and share their answers to this year’s question.
• Career Walk: Seniors will showcase agricultural careers of interest through costumes, props, and facts about their chosen career.

Membership requirement: Current FFA membership or 4-H membership (in ) is required for participation in this event.

Custodial Care: Youth must be approved, enrolled members in FFA or 4HOnline with South Carolina 4-H Youth Development to attend this event. This is a custodial care event. Only adult chaperones and invited facilitators approved to be at the event will be allowed onsite during this event. Youth must be signed in and signed out by a parent/guardian or designated representative.
