2026 Yale US-China Forum | 耶鲁中美峰会：聚势赋能，生生不息

Founded in 2011, the Yale US–China Forum (YUCF) is one of the most influential China-focused summits organized by Chinese students in North America. Over the past decade, more than 200 academic leaders and industry pioneers from China and abroad – including the President of Yale University, Nobel Prize laureates, former ambassadors, and other prominent figures from government, business, and academia – have joined as speakers, offering young people a platform to discuss trends, opportunities, and challenges at the intersection of China, the United States, and the wider world.

2026 Yale US–China Forum adopts the theme “Gathering Momentum, Sustaining Renewal,” drawing on the I Ching notion of sheng sheng bu xi, or “ever-renewing life.” The Forum places this Eastern understanding of continuous transformation alongside Yale’s tradition of long-termism, asking how institutions and partnerships can be designed to endure cycles of rise and decline.

“Gathering momentum” means moving beyond scattered efforts to build shared capacity. On Yale’s platform, the Forum convenes leaders from healthcare & biotech, AI, business, academic translation, and family succession. Through interdisciplinary panels and focused dialogue, it explores how technology and capital can be aligned with the public good rather than short-term gain.

“Sustaining renewal” means turning moments of mobilization into lasting ecosystems. The Project RAW · North America Incubation Challenge Grand Final highlights early-stage ventures with long-term value and cross-border potential, while the Awards Gala recognizes scholars and young practitioners who advance China–US exchange. In this unsettled moment, the Forum seeks to keep dialogue open, cooperation continuous, and “ever-renewing life” visible in people, institutions, and projects.

2026年，正值美国建国250周年，也是中美建交47周年，两个大国的友好往来对世界的繁荣和机遇起到了重要作用。

耶鲁大学在中美关系中具有独特的地位。170年前，容闳作为中国近代史上第一位留美学生从耶鲁毕业并回国，推动了詹天佑、唐绍仪等中国第一批留学生“出海”，对两国的学术交流及各领域的发展起到了极大的促进作用。19世纪末，耶鲁成为美国首个开设汉语课程的大学；20世纪初，耶鲁-中国协会在中国创立了耶鲁-中国学校和湘雅医院，都一直延续至今；美国第41任总统，曾担任美国驻中国联络处主任的乔治• 布什、美国财政部长耶伦、气候变化特使克里也都是耶鲁校友。

耶鲁中美论坛于2011年创立，后更名为耶鲁中美峰会，持续秉承以中美为核心、合作共赢的理念。汇集海内外数百位学界精英和行业领袖，构建了深度立体的民间对话平台，并得到校内外多方的肯定和支持。

在世界格局加速重塑的今天，不确定性成为时代的底色。第十二届耶鲁中美峰会以「聚势赋能·生生不息」为年度主题，回溯《易传》“生生之谓易”的思想源流，将东方变化不居的宇宙观与耶鲁长期主义的传统相观照，在起落更迭中坚守长远视角，于时间长河中寻找未来的价值坐标。

「聚势赋能」何为？在结构性变动与认知裂变交织之际，单点之力难以应对系统性挑战，唯有汇聚之“势”，方能催生新的“能”。本届峰会立足耶鲁的平台与网络，于4月12日设置医疗健康、人工智能与商业金融三大圆桌论坛，汇聚学界、业界与政策实践者，以跨学科对话重思科技、资本与公共福祉的关系；并邀请活跃于全球舞台的新一代未来领袖对话，在代际交接中，使“势”由既有资源延展为源源不绝的新声与新思。

何以「生生不息」？在于将一时之“势”化为长线之“能”，以有意设计的制度与生态为下一代预备生长土壤。峰会于4月11日推出「耶鲁创投日」，同期举办「原石计划·北美创业孵化大赛总决赛」，汇聚优秀华人创业者与投资人，通过路演与评审发掘具有长期价值与跨边界潜力的创新“原石”；创投日亦将设置学术创新与转化、代际传承与长期投资等主题研讨，贯通研究、创业与投资的创新生态，构建协作的新路径与未来领导力的新范式。

在瞬息多变的当下，耶鲁中美峰会愿聚势赋能，在不确定中生成确定，使对话不绝、合作不辍、文明之光生生不息。
