The 2026 Workforce Development Forum brings leaders together to explore how connection and shared commitment keep teams engaged and moving forward.Join us with keynote speaker Joe Schmit! A 30-year major market sports broadcaster, entrepreneur, author, and 19-time Emmy winner, Joe brings practical insight on building workplaces where people want to show up, contribute, and grow.
The event will also celebrate and recognize the 2026 Southeast Minnesota Best Places to Work and host a business panel sharing strategies for engaging people & purpose. Lunch will also be served.
