About the Conference

The WIN Leadership Conference is a two-day, highly curated experience designed for women in nephrology who are ready to step into leadership, expand their influence, and shape the future of kidney care.

This is not a traditional conference. It is an intentional leadership room where nationally recognized leaders across academia, private practice, and industry come together to share how leadership is actually built, navigated, and sustained.

Participants will engage directly with division chiefs, program directors, clinical and research leaders, and physicians who have built careers across diverse pathways in nephrology. The room brings together individuals at different stages of their journey who are united by a shared commitment to growth, leadership, and impact.

Through strategic conversations, candid insights, and direct access to faculty, participants gain clarity on career pathways, develop practical leadership skills, and form meaningful connections with mentors, sponsors, and peers.

What You Will Gain
  • Clearer positioning for your next leadership step
  • A deeper understanding of career pathways across academia, private practice, and industry
  • Direct access to leaders who can support your growth as mentors and sponsors
  • Practical insights on navigating leadership roles and advancing your career
  • Meaningful connections with a community of peers committed to growth and impact
