DMV don't miss the hottest event to Wine Down the Summer. Hosted by Sherell Rowe, join us Labor Day weekend for music, food, and fun. With over 20 food and merchandise vendors, festival attendees have a variety of food and unique options to chose from (highlighting cigars, clothes, hennah, and hookah). It's going down at Rosecroft Raceway on Sept 5th and 6th, 2026!
Come sing-along and dance to legendary Rap, R & B, Go-Go, DMV cover bands, and a several renowned event and airwave DJs. Elevate your experience with wine tasting and our exclusive VIP lounge.
This is a 21+ event. Skip the long highway hours—we're sipping local! We're on the bus line, 4 miles from the National Harbor.

Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets are delivered electronically as a PDF to the email address used during purchase thru Eventbrite.
⚠️ Important:
Each ticket may only be scanned once for entry. Do not share your ticket with others.
Festival Rules
Absolutely NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES or FOOD are permitted on festival grounds. Any outside alcohol discovered during security screening will be confiscated and entry may be denied without refund.
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase from authorized vendors throughout the festival. Please note that all alcoholic beverages purchased onsite must remain within the festival grounds and may not be taken off the premises. Failure to comply with this policy may result in removal from the event.
Additional Rules
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter the festival grounds.
No pets allowed (service animals permitted where applicable).
No drones or aerial devices of any kind.
No grills, warming plates, open flames, gas-powered devices, chafing dishes, burners, hookahs, or similar equipment.
No solicitation of any kind unless authorized by event organizers.
No weapons of any kind permitted.
What can I bring into the festival?
Guests are welcome to bring the following items to enhance their festival experience:
Blankets or portable chairs,coolers and non-alcoholic beverages in sealed containers
Security Screening & Conduct Policy
All guests, bags, coolers, containers, and personal belongings are subject to search and security screening upon entry. By entering the festival grounds, guests consent to reasonable security measures, including bag inspections and personal screening conducted by event security personnel.
Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the festival or premises for reasons including, but not limited to:
Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe conduct
Intoxication or impairment
Possession of prohibited items
Refusal to comply with security screening procedures
Violation of festival rules, policies, or staff instructions
Guests who are denied entry or removed from the event for any reason related to policy violations will not be eligible for a refund.
Parking Information
Parking will be available in designated areas near the festival grounds.
Parking Fee: $15 (cash) or $20(credit/debit) per vehicle
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please follow parking attendants and posted signage upon arrival.
We encourage guests to carpool or use rideshare services (Uber/Lyft).
Event organizers are not responsible for vehicles left overnight.

No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued.
