Yes, everyone can compete. All styles, all ranks, all ages.
But as the day unfolds, you’ll notice something different.
Who steps onto the floor.
Who gets recognized.
Who the room starts to rally around.
And once you see it, it’s hard to unsee.
This isn’t about excluding anyone. It’s about making sure the people who are usually on the sidelines aren’t.
