Gates open at 10:00 am
Racer Families: You will be directed to our registration tent to get your hand stamps and registration bag
General admission:
$5 Single Adult
$10 Family or Group(Considered 5 adults)
Cash, Pre-Pay, Check, Card payments will be available
Timeline of Events*:
10:00am: Gates open; say hello to our amazing gate crews!
10:00-11:00 am: check in with Registration if you have a racer/s, stop by our Membership Tent and check out our merch, feed your hunger and pet needs with various vendors and food trucks, pop in at our self-serve photo booth, enter for raffles to be announced, kids and adults will find coloring tables and goodie bags at our Family Fun Zone, find a seat or space on the lawn and get settled in for the cutest event of the year!
11:00 am: Costume Parade staging begins; announcements to start lining up; opening remarks
~11:15am Costume Parade
~11:20am Call for Senior Heat Racers (8+ years) and Puppy Heat Racers (<1 year)
~11:30am Senior Heat: Winner and Slowest both get prizes and podium photo to follow
~11:40am Puppy Heat: Podium Photo to follow for 1st place
~12pm-1pm: Adult Heats, Semi-Finals, Final
~1:15pm: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place Adult Prizes and Podium Photos
