The California National Wastewater Surveillance System (NWSS) Center of Excellence (CoE) will be hosting the annual Wastewater Surveillance for Public Health Conference on July 21 – 22nd, 2026 in Sacramento, CA.
Join us for a free, two‑day conference bringing together the wastewater surveillance community and network to share the latest developments, best practices, and advancements in the field.
Across two days, participants will hear presentations and panel discussions that highlight new methods, tools, collaborations, and real‑world applications—from laboratory innovations to public health practices.
Featured topics will include presentation on:
- Wastewater surveillance systems designs
- Epidemiology, Data Interpretations and Communications
- Use cases and success stories for wastewater surveillance in public health responses
