Introducing our Guest Chef - Csaba Sellei | 2026 Economic Forum - Welcome Dinner! Presenting a specially curated three-course dinner featuring fresh local Mid West produce.
Your ticket includes beer, wine and soft drink. Dinner is paired with wines that the chef has chosen to go with the meals.

Meet The Chef:
Born and trained in Hungary. Worked through the ranks in Munich, Germany.
Ever since I can remember I have been very passionate about cooking. My mother is a great cook,so I guess that also added to the fire in my belly.
I emigrated to Australia in my twenties. I adore what this country has to offer as far as fresh produce. I've moved to the Midwest over 11 years ago and I haven't looked back.
My cooking style is multi cultured with a strong European background. Focusing on flavours of the Mediterranean which suits our climate here in Geraldton.
Through out the gala dinner you'll be seeing French, Spanish and Italian influences, highlighting our pristine quality of seafood and fresh produce.
We source everything from our backyard starting with local honey to grass fed beef.
