Info: Event Description: WKU is a significant contributor to our successful business climate. Welcome Back WKU gives Chamber partners the first chance to tap into the student market. In turn, students can explore what BG businesses have to offer without leaving campus.
Vendors may not bring a tent, trailer, or vehicle without proper registration and approval. An 8' table with 2 chairs is included in your registration fee.
Hiring? Promote your open internships, along with full/part time positions at your booth. How to Prepare: Come armed with giveaways and samples to showcase your products and services. Casual dress is most appropriate for staff members working the outdoor expo booth area. Traditionally this time of year is hot! Reminder: Merchant Sales are not allowed during this event.
Parking Information
Vendor Unloading & Parking
Info: Vendors may unload & load in the South Lawn Parking lot. However, once your vehicle is unloaded you will need to take it to the Creason lot for event parking. Shuttles will run throughout the event to and from the Creason lot. We ask that you unload quickly so that we have enough time to allow for all vendors to do so.
