Join us on Saturday, September 19th as we walk united towards a CURE for ALS. walkALS Georgia is more than a fundraising event - it's a community of support, strength, and hope for those living with ALS. The money we raise together ensures that Georgians with ALS and their families have access to critical, free-of-cost programs that provide care and connection when it's needed most.
This year marks the 25th Anniversary of walkALS Georgia. For 25 years, this community has walked side by side with families affected by ALS, making sure no one has to face this disease alone.
Because of this incredible community, ALS United of Georgia can provide:
-ALS Support Groups that bring families together
-Financial reimbursement to ease the burden of out-of-pocket expenses
-Respite and in-home care for ALS Caregivers
-Accessible transportation to ALS Clinics and medical appointments
