In honor of your dedication to our mission of feeding the hungry and spreading peace, you're invited to the 2026 Volunteer Appreciation Open House hosted by MetroParks Toledo. We are excited to celebrate everyone who makes this work possible - volunteers, donors, and community partners. Last year, volunteers dedicated over 12,000 hours to ensure that more than 645,000 meals were served to over 94,000 people. Whenever the call comes, Islamic Food Bank volunteers are ready to give back to their community.
This year marks the second Volunteer of the Year Award, which will recognize an outstanding volunteer whose dedication and commitment have made a significant impact on our mission. We look forward to honoring a person whose unflagging work ensured that anyone in need was able to receive enough to eat.
Please drop in anytime between 5:30-7:00pm for delicious food, ice cream, and community.
