We're excited to welcome you to the first annual VO Summit: Pacific Northwest, a unique gathering for voice actors designed to educate, inspire, and recharge in the stunning setting of the Columbia River Gorge.- Mornings are filled with workshops and panels.
- Afternoons offer optional three-hour, small-group intensives (for an additional fee), or you can take the time to relax and explore the area. Whether that’s hiking, booking a spa treatment, enjoying the resort amenities, or visiting the nearby town, the choice is yours. Portland is just a 40-minute drive away if you’d like to explore the city as well.
- Evenings are reserved for entertainment and connecting with fellow attendees, if you choose.
What’s Included with the All-Inclusive Ticket?
• Full conference access: workshops, panels, welcome mixer, and evening entertainment
• Three nights lodging at Skamania Lodge (Check-In Wednesday, Checkout Saturday)
• Shuttle transportation to and from the resort upon arrival & departure (if needed)
• Meal vouchers covering breakfast (Thurs–Sat), lunch (Thurs–Fri), and dinner (Thurs–Fri)
• Discounted room rates available for extended stays

Ticket Options
• Pay in full and receive a $300 discount
• or choose an installment plan: monthly or quarterly
$500 deposit required to start, with recurring billing set up for the remaining balance

If you're in the area and don’t need the full all-inclusive package, we’re happy to build a custom option for you.
The summit will be intentionally small - limited to 150 attendees -to encourage meaningful connections and a more personalized experience.
