2026 Under 40 Distinguished Impact Awards

The Under 40 Distinguished Impact Awards celebrates the next generation of leaders making a difference across Mercer County.

This countywide event recognizes outstanding young professionals under the age of 40 who are creating meaningful impact through leadership, innovation, community involvement, and professional excellence. These individuals are helping shape the future of Mercer County through their dedication to their industries, organizations, and communities.

Originally inspired by the Chamber’s former 40 Under 40 recognition, the program has evolved into a collaborative countywide initiative with the Future Leaders, Shenango Valley Chambers of Commerce, Grove City Chamber of Commerce, Greenville Area Chambers of Commerce, and the Mercer Area Chamber of Commerce, highlighting the incredible talent and leadership emerging across the county.

The awards bring together business leaders, community organizations, and young professionals to celebrate the individuals who are driving progress and strengthening Mercer County’s future.
