CHARITY BENEFIT
Each year, SRS chooses a local Non Profit charity to feature and give back to.
This year's non profit org chosen is ABILITY CENTRAL WORKS.
This event is hosted by, and supports, our Organization - Sea Rim Striders Run Club - an all-volunteer incorporated Non-Profit 501(c)3 organization, that has been in existence since the 1970's, with the goal of promoting running and walking at all levels.
We support, encourage, and promote running and walking as a form fitness, as well as giving back to our community.
Everything we do throughout the year is free and open to the public, except the Turkey Trot, as it is our Signature fundraiser of the year.

SHIRT SIZING:
Normally runs true to size. We'll update if needed
RACE START TIMES:
7:30am - 1K
7:50am - Adaptive athletes early start
8:00am - 5K & 10K
1 1/2 hr cutoff for 10K.
Please only sign up for the 10K distance if you can make the cutoff.
*not completing/finishing the 10K, will result in DNF result
*no downgrades to 5K to be in awards

****Free for parents to escort their child on course for the 1K if needed.
Parents DO NOT need to pay for the 1K race entry, to escort the kiddo.

DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDE OF MLK Pkwy. This is DANGEROUS and busy road. Parking is plentiful; overflow parking is available downtown at the Civic Center. Arrived before 6:30am.
