This Shindig is to celebrate all our current amazing Trail Adopters; as well as recruit new ones for 2026. This event is for anyone wanting to volunteer their time and help us maintain the Rivanna Trail network by reporting any issues but also helping us fix them. Trail adopters work with one or two other adopters and are responsible for a small section (1-2 miles) of trail. If you want to meet some cool people and like to get dirty, then help us out with a few hours here and there on the RT. We will give you tools if needed but more importantly a pint for your hard work!
