The Transition Planning Committee (TPC) of Boone, Ogle, and Winnebago counties is putting on a Resource Fair for individuals of all ages with disabilities and their families/caregivers. Connect with close to 40 agencies who support people with disabilities in various aspects of the community (recreation, education, health, housing, employment, transportation, etc.). This year attendees can receive a free basket raffle ticket upon completion of a short survey. We will also have an ILA (Instant Language Assistant) device available for families that need translation services. It can accommodate up to 400 languages and dialects.
This is a family, friendly event! Platinum Grill will be selling food outside, so come with an appetite!
