This 14th annual event is once again going strong at Tumwater High School. The Tumwater Boys Soccer teams will take on the Olympia Bears in this annual Cancer Awareness Soccer Match. The Olympia Bears helped start this whole thing with Tumwater 14 years ago with the original "Winkler Cup." So it's such an honor to have them back again.Though these two schools are rivals on the pitch, they toss away their differences to come together this special night to raise money and awareness for us to permanently ban cancer from our lives.
Most of the program is still being decided. But we know there will be lots of good soccer, money raised to fight cancer, and of course, food! 🙂 So stay tuned for more details as we have them.
Price to get in: A donation at the door of whatever amount you can contribute ($5, $10 or more is greatly appreciated).
ALL money raised, will go directly to help fight cancer. Please help our team, Tumwater High School, Olympia High School, and everyone else help FINISH THE FIGHT against cancer.
JV Game Starts at 12pm
Varsity Game Starts at 2pm.
Rain or shine (the stadium is covered), these athletes will fight cancer! And yes, there WILL be concessions available!
