Instead of focusing on resolutions or pressure-filled goal setting, this workshop invites you to explore a more holistic, compassionate, and creative environment for the year ahead. Together, we will: Create personalized vision boards, engage in guided reflective writing, and connect with others in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
