Team Asha East Bay (TAEB) is a group providing premier endurance training for beginner and experienced runners/walkers to train for a 10K/Half/Full Marathon. We offer expert coaching and guidance including nutrition, recovery, injury prevention and strength training to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are a beginner runner (never run before) or just looking to get better, you will find your tribe in the running group to motivate you and make running a joy! . Walkers looking to build endurance are also welcome. Team Asha East Bay supports Asha for Education, a non profit providing funding to grass roots projects in India focused on education of underprivileged children. We are a completely volunteer run group.We invite you to our Info session to learn more about the training, meet our coaches & alumni runners, and about Asha for Education. We hope you will join us to build a stronger you and a stronger community.
