This yearโs theme, Opportunities to Outcomes, reflects the shift from planning to delivery. Major projects are progressing, capability continues to strengthen, and the focus is firmly on turning conversations into collaboration and opportunity into real participation.
The Tactic Conference & Trade Expo provides a practical platform to connect projects with capable suppliers, strengthen supply chain engagement and support sustainable regional growth.

From 12:30pm, delegates will gather for a light lunch and time to explore the exhibitor hall. The afternoon includes the ICN Supplier Strategy & EOI Insights Workshop, followed by the Pre Conference Reception, creating space for early engagement and meaningful networking.
