2026 Summer at the BARBOX Food Truck Sign Up

Sign up your food truck to be at the BARBOX at Aspen Grove!

The BARBOX is a shipping container converted to a bar garden serving up cocktails, beer, and wine underneath twinkling lights at Aspen Grove in Littleton, CO. Each Friday and Saturday night, we're hosting local bands and serving up bites and brews.

The finer details:

• ONE food truck per Friday night, please only sign up for 2 dates per month.
• No percentage rent
• Food trucks must serve full meal options—no dessert-only, coffee-only, or beverage-only trucks.
• Food trucks must have a permit from South Metro Fire
• Food trucks must provide Aspen Grove with a certificate of insurance and sign a license agreement
