2026 Successful Women's Series

Join us for the Successful Women’s Series featuring Kristi Spaethe as she challenges a leadership philosophy many women have been encouraged to embrace: servant leadership.
Breaking Up with Servant Leadership: Why It Does Not Work for Women and What Just Might
For decades, servant leadership has been held up as the ultimate leadership goal. We have books, podcasts, resources, and experts dedicated to teaching leaders how to put others first. But what if this widely accepted philosophy doesn’t work the same way for women in leadership?
In this engaging session, Kristi will explore why traditional servant leadership can create unique challenges for women and what alternative approaches may better support female leaders as they grow in their careers, businesses, and personal lives.
Attendees will walk away with a fresh perspective on leadership, practical insights for putting themselves first, and encouragement to define success on their own terms.
Whether you’re looking to grow your business, strengthen your leadership skills, expand your professional network, or find inspiration for your own journey, this event is for you.
