About this Event
The 2026 Strength Works Summer Bar Slam Weightlifting Competition is a USAW Sanctioned Weightlifting Meet.
This is a Weightlifting Competition for lifters of all ages and experience levels.
DATE: Saturday, August 8th, 2026.
SCHEDULE: TBD
LOCATION: Strength Works
2331 Millpark Drive, St. Louis, MO 63043
ORDER OF LIFTS: Snatch, Clean & Jerk. All weights used in Kilograms.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: All entries must be received by Sunday, August 3rd.
ENTRY FEE: Registration Fee - $95
DIVISIONS: All Divisions in both Men's and Women's Classes. Will be using the Weight Classes laid out by USAW and the IWF.
Junior & Senior men: 60kg, 65kg, 71kg, 79kg, 88kg, 94kg, 110kg, +110kg
Junior & Senior women: 48kg, 53kg, 58kg, 63kg, 69kg, 77kg, 86kg, +86kg
Youth men: 56kg, 60kg, 65kg, 71kg, 79kg, 88kg, 94kg, +94kg
Youth women: 44kg, 48kg, 53kg, 58kg, 63kg, 69kg, 77kg, +77kg
*Each lifter will be required to fill out a waiver form at the check-in table upon arrival.
