Code of Conduct
Children under 18: All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21+ years old after 5 pm. Chaperone: Any chaperone may not accompany more than 10 children. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to check a Chaperone’s ID for age.
Supervision: Chaperones must remain with their group after 5 pm and be available by phone. Children found left unaccompanied by a Chaperone after 5 pm may result in the entire group be asked to leave.
All Attendees: All attendees are expected to behave in a manner suitable for a family-friendly public event. Excessive use of foul language or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave. All attendees must enter/exit at the check-in stations
Bag Policy
Permitted Bags: Clear bags no larger than 12” by 12” by 6”. Small clutch bags no larger than 6” by 9” are allowed but do not need to be clear. Exceptions: Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are allowed, but they must be accompanied by the guest using them.
Coolers: Soft-sided, collapsible coolers must also be no larger than 12” by 12” by 6” and may contain only permitted food, beverages, or loose ice.
Prohibited Bags: Bags with patterns that obstruct visibility, non-clear bags larger than 6” by 9”, and non-clear backpacks or drawstring bags are not allowed.
Search Policy: All bags and items will be searched upon entry. Guests may be denied entry if they do not comply with the bag policy.
