• Proper stance & grip
• Swing mechanics and solid contact
• Timing, balance, and bat control
• Reps with 1:1 coaching feedback

• Athletic ready position & footwork
• Ground balls, glove work, and reaction drills
• Proper throwing mechanics
• Game-like drills to build confidence
