Join the Fun at the Spring Fling 5K Poker Run & Ride!

Participants across all categories—horseback riders and drivers, pack‑burro runners, cyclists, runners, hikers, and walkers—will collect a five‑card poker hand from stations along the scenic 5K course in Bear Creek Regional Park.

We're excited to welcome enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event a fantastic success! Volunteering is a meaningful way to support the community and earn service hours.

We encourage volunteers to choose either a morning or afternoon shift—but if you have the time and energy to stay all day, we’d love to have you!

And great news: no matter your volunteer role, you’ll still have the opportunity to participate in the event if you'd like. We’ll make sure you have the time to enjoy it!

Volunteer Positions & Start Times

• Parking: 7:30 AM–9:30 AM
• Course Marking: 7:30 AM
• Registration: 8:00 AM–9:30 AM
• Card Station: 9:00 AM–11:30 AM
• Finish/Award Area: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Scoring: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
• Course Sweep: 11:15 AM–12:00 PM
• Clean Up: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
