Agenda
🕑: 06:30 PM
FRIDAY: Session One - Power That's Greater Than And Different From
Host: Danielle Strickland
Info: POWER that's greater than and different from. Let's explore and
discover the essential invitation and movement of the Holy Spirit to followers
of Jesus. We will receive power to be witnesses. What does that really mean?
How do we experience, receive and even imagine this power? How does this
connect to the ways God is self-revealing in character and intention? What are
the implications for the way we think and relate to God and one another?
🕑: 09:00 AM - 10:00 AM
SATURDAY: Session Two - Power That Sustains And Connects Us
Host: Danielle Strickland
Info: POWER that sustains and connects us. What does it mean to live
full of God's spirit? How does the generous and self-sustaining energy of
Jesus flow through us? How can we live this way with each other? What is a
mutually flourishing community and how can we live into this original calling
of our Christian movement.
🕑: 10:30 AM
SATURDAY: Session Three - Power That Moves Us
Host: Danielle Strickland
Info: POWER that moves us. Far from just a belief system we
confess, the invitation to the revolutionary new Jesus movement is to both
receive and be led by the Spirit. Where does that take us? What is required for
us to move outside our own cultural frameworks and lifestyles? In what ways
are we able to demonstrate the Divine impulse to demonstrate the grace and
gift of Jesus today?
🕑: 10:00 AM
SUNDAY: Mark 4:35-41 - The Other Side
Host: Danielle Strickland
Info: Jesus continually invites people to go with him to "the other side". We will
explore a fascinating biblical story that frames the invitation of Jesus to us
today. It's a demonstration of God's heart for the lost, a revealing of the
character of God towards those who follow Him, and an invitation for all of us
to be shaped by a faith that moves with Jesus.
