Welcome to the official event page of Arvada’s Premiere Spartan Cup Championship. This is an open traditional and sports martial arts event. All levels are welcome to participate. The 2026 Spartan Cup Championship is an Official ICO Team USA World Championship Qualifier.Our championship will feature: 7 matted rings. Custom medals. Gold Grand championship rings. Continuous sparring ‘Clash of Spartans’ championship belts. Kombat Taekwondo amateur sparring ‘minor & major’ league.
Events:
* Head-to-Head Traditional forms
* Creative/Xtreme/Weapons
* Point Sparring
* Point 3-member team sparring (Under 9 and 9+ Divisions)
* 2 Continuous Sparring Divisions - ‘Clash of Spartans’ (2 rounds. 2 minute bouts) and continuous sparring (1 round, 2 minute)
* Kombat Taekwondo continuous sparring. (single elimination)
👉Under 9 Team Sparring:
9 years old will have the opportunity to participate in 2 team events. Under 9 can create a team and still participate on the 9-11+ y/o 3 member team sparring. See below!
Under 9 will have an opportunity to create their teams and get in the ring to represent their training center.
👉9+ Team Sparring:
M/F 9-11 (1 member). 12-14 (1 member). 15-17 (1 member).
👉M/F 18+
This tournament brings together the best of:
* Traditional Taekwon-Do
* Sport Karate (Point Fighting, Forms, Weapons)
* Open-style divisions for all schools
* White belt to black belt divisions
* Youth, teens, adults, and masters. Whether you train in ITF, WT, ATA, CKD, Goju-Ryu, Shotokan, Sport Karate, or any open-style system - this event welcomes YOU.
👉ROAD TO THE ICO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS: Athletes will have the opportunity to earn qualification for the ICO World Championships, bringing together competitors from across the globe to represent their schools and countries on an elite stage.
This event is built for serious competitors, dedicated martial artists, and families who want an unforgettable tournament experience.
